I am looking to get my makeup done before my bridal shower and will probably go to a department store MAC counter or NARS most likely. Anyone have any recommendations for a particular location/makeup artist in Nassau or Western Suffolk? Thanks!!

MAc might be to odramatic! I did mine at Sephora and lvoed it - you have to buy $50 worth of products but schedule the makeup in advance. I lvoed it - got products & makeup!

I was in the smithaven mall yesterday to inquire about this. Sephora wanted to charge $50 and I wouldn't get any product at all (the opposite of what I've heard and the woman was such a b!tch I didn't wanna give her my business anyway). Mac (the seperate store, not the one in macys) told me it was $50 and id get to keep the mascara an that's it (again, not what I've been told before). I went the Bobbi brown counter in macys and they were so nice and understood that I wanted to look more natural and the makeup service is free, an you have to buy 3 products. Not bad at all! So I'm going with them. Definitely call the locations near you to ask how they do it cause I guess they're all different.
