Bridal Shower next Saturday

I got my bride, but didnt shop yet. Maybe I will wrap the gift in pink and brown- does that count??

I was thinking of wrapping in pink and brown....once I receive my bride!

Is everyone rebelling against the colors. can we wear like a pink top and jeans or brown with something else?

Yeah - since I'm not going to be able to change at all during the day (I'm driving out from nyc), I'm going to be comfy. Maybe I'll put on heels, but I'm wearing some jeans.

I just heard 'shower' and 'restaurant' and I assumed it meant dress nicely.

I've never been inside, but, I've seen the outside. It doesn't look like THAT dressy a place. I actually always thought it was a diner.

I'm sure whatever all of you decide to wear will be fine!

i honestly down own any pink clothes, i have alot of brown but eh not sure if ill brown maybe, i kinda want to wear this dress i have and its navy. Plus i dont like to be too matchy matchy lol

yeah i pass it all the time for work...i should have just stopped in today to check it out...

I went to dinner there. It's a very nice place but over half the patrons in there were wearing sweats and t-shirts. Literally. This was right after it opened so maybe there's a dress code now, I don't know.

well i think she means more bc of the occasion not necessarily the restaurants dress code...not that to get real dressy but the way anyone would for a bridal shower they were to attend.

Oh, I read it as asking if the PLACE was dressy. Isn't that what the post says? I don't recall her asking about the bridal shower dress code. She specifically mentioned the place.

i dont know maybe im wrong lol, i think just the connection of the two, bridal shower and restaurant...i dont think michelle will be strict and not allow us in lol so i guess whatever everyone is comfortable with...i like to dress up so i will lol

i dont think everyone is dressing up, some said they're wearing jeans, others said slacks and i guess some will dress up a little more
