No.....I have heard people doing that. My sister (MOH) actually told me to giver her or FH an outfit to keep in their car b/c mine is coming up. I actually never thought of it but she was in a wedding and the girl did this. I think its a great idea!
NOT tacky at all! In fact, I'm throwing a surprise bridal shower for my bestfriend as well and I told her to make sure she has her outfit ready and hand it over to me! I don't think it's tacky at all-- a lot of brides are doing that

I know that my mother is throwing me my shower, but I don't know when it is because she wants it to be a surprise. Do you think it would be tacky to buy a dress and give it to my mother so that way she can bring it the day of the shower for me to change in![]()
