how long after your bridal shower did you send out the invites?? is there a time frame they should be sent out by?

i would say def before your wedidng, myshower was two months before my wedding and i had my thanks out about one month after the shower

My shower was on a Sunday and I sent my shower thank you's out the following Sunday. I wanted everyone to receive them before they got my wedding invitation in the mail. I think you can send them out any time before the wedding.

I sent them out really quickly. My shower was on a saturday and I think i had them out on that next tuesday. I have a tiny bit of OCD!

My guests will all have them within a month of the shower.
I'm about 1/3 done right now.

I had Immediate family and BP out by Monday (shower was on Sat) the rest were out the next monday. I have to do those things immediately or they get forgotten!

Mine went out a week or so after the shower. Just wanted to get it done so I could move on to the other million things left to do!!

My shower was on Saturday I just finished my Thank yous Last night and they'll be in the mail tomorrow There was so many I wanted to get them done

My shower was on 7/28 and I sent my thank you's out on 8/6 - I wanted them to get them in a timely manner and neeed to check something off the list

I am a little crazy and OCD with this stype of stuff myshower was sunday 8-12 and I sent mine out on wednesday

My shower was 7/28 and I sent them out the following week. Even now when I get gifts I just write a thank you card right away. It's best to just get it done and out of the way.

My shower was last Sunday and they're going out today (about 40 people - if you have 80 to write, I'm sure people will understand if they're not out in a week).

I sent them out very quickly. My shower was on 4/15 and I had them out by the 17th. I did have a small shower though. I think they should definitely go out before the invitations.

Within two weeks to one month is a good time frame for shower thank yous.
I ordered custom made thank yous (a different one for each person) and had to design and order, wait for them to arrive, write a special note to each person and mail them out.
With all that, they were still in the mail 1 1/2 weeks after the shower! (Zazzle rocks for custom thank you cards! And they shipped so quickly).
