exanple 1: actual gift

Thank you for being part of yet another memorable day of my life. Michael and I would like to thank you for the lovely lenox vase you bought us! I can't wait to put a boutique of flowers in there! We will see you soon!

is that good? or am i writing too much? i have 90 thank you's to write out..just thinking about it i am going nuts. i guess i can do them while on the train to work..

I wrote something like the following for money:

dear virginia,

thank you for your generous gift, we plan on putting the money towards place setting of our everyday china.

We cant wait to see you and Greg at the wedding! Thank you for being part of such a special day.
