So who is throwing your bridal shower/ Bachlorette party??? I really dont want a surprise, I want some kind of control over it. BUt i feel bad to ask my BM to contribute. I dont have a mom so, i just don't know.

I would just ask them what ideas you like and around what days they might do it so your not surprised or just tell them that you dont want to be surprised at all....my mom and BM are taking care of it ..i really dont care really what they do b/c i know they will do a great job b/c really im one of the last of my friends to get married so we've been though so many LOL

I will be one of the first to have a wedding. I really dont want anything too extravagant, but i hope they all work together. A lot of my friends don't know each other lol.

I told my family I want something low-key for both. My cousin owns a bar in the city so I'll prob do that for the bachelorette party so it'll be cheaper.

I think my mom really wants to plan a shower. She does know I want something low-key though and I'm sure it won't be that big since both our families are mostly guys. Ugh! When I was a BM recently, we planned the shower along with the mothers, and it was a surprise. We also planned the whole bachelorette because that was a surprise too but I don't want that, though I'll let the girls give me ideas if they have any!

Since your BM dont know each other u should try and have a g2g with them so the can meet and exchange contact info. Also maybe tell them what u would like and your ideas so they can take that into consideration when they plan. But after that I would leave it up to them and have trust in them that they will plan something to ur liking. If they are paying.. IMO I feel it may be a lil rude for u to have control over it.

Well then call me rude lmao, I'm a lil control freak and I'm very particular with my ideas. So I know I will have a lil control over but maybe not 100%. I'm also throwing a g2g this summer so they can all meet. It's a tea party!!!!!! I'm so excited! That's when I officially ask them to be my BM and MOH etc.

What i would do b/f all the planning begins is have everyone meet so they get to know each other so it would make it easier on you and I would tell them straight out that u dont want anything over the top
