Was or was not your MOB and FMIL at your bridal shower? My mom says she thinks just the 'young people' should go.

I have never been to a shower taht the moms were not at.
although the moms usually dont come to the bachlorette party

My BMs did most of the planning, but my mom, FMIL, and many of my mom's friends who've known me for most of my life came. I couldn't imagine not having my mom at my bridal shower. I don't think a shower should just be for 'young' people. You should have women of all ages there who have been an important part of your life.

The moms should absolutely be there!!! It's the b-party that's usually just the 'young girls'.

Usually showers have women of all ages. It's the bachlorette party that is typically just the young women.
