Ok, the key for me at the reception is COMFORT. Which do you think would be better? Also, I know this is a stupid question, but do they need to be 'broken in'.

Re: bridal sneaker vs. bridal slippers
Personally, I'm a sneaker person, so I'll have them - I'd trip and fall in slippers!
Also, anything you are going to wear on your feet should be broken in a little bit so you don't have to worry about any rubs or blisters

Yeah, I'm a jogger, so I know about blisters! I think sneakers might be more my speed also. Any idea where to buy?

Good question.. I'm undecided about that too.. But.. I know I will not last all day in those heels! I'll barely be able to walk down the aisle without tripping.. Let alone not being comfortable, but.. heck.. they'll look really good!! So. .where is everyone getting their slippers or sneakers?

Slippers for me! I can barely dance to begin with and sneakers make it worse. I'm going to check at the ballet stores (2 right near me) and see what they have. Sometimes decorated if not will do that myself.

What about if you are really short? Because I am short to begin with and I think that even after hemming my dress I am going to need to keep heels on...do I get platform sneakers????

Bridal slippers for me. You figure those girls are DANCING the whole time, which sounds like what I'll be doing all night.....
