bridal store in baldwin

i am never one to complain...but i thought i would sher with you all... i had called on friday to ask there hours and if i nedded an appointment the lady that answered told me no...yesterday i went into lilletes at 3:30pm. and when i walked in the lady said can i help you i said yes plaese i would like to try on bridal gowns she said do you have an appt. i said i called and i was told not necessary as i looked down at her schedule she had 1 appointment and that girl was being helped already......she then said noone here would ever tell you that and was so nasty about it.....she continued on and i after some time she said well i can help you i said no thanks and walked out.


just thought i would share how rude they were

that surprises me.... i went in there without an appointment...really just to make one and they were like 'you're here! let's try on dresses!' they couldn't have been nicer and i ended up buyng my dress there...

I agree...Carol and the other ladies who work there have been nothing but helpful and sweet anytime I have been in there...even on the night they were completely crazzy and my mom just wanted to try on a dress for me to see....

sometimes people just have bad days-- i caught them 3 times(seperate days, even a few months went by) when whoever i spoke w/ seemed to be having a horrible day so i gave up---but it totally ruins the whole place if someone is rude to you!
