Sorry, this is probably no help but I've gone there for BM dresses and they were super sweet there. The only thing and this may not apply to wedding dresses but they dont have enough room for all the BM dresses so they house some of them downstairs....which you dont get to see....
Also unwedding related but....went there for a prom dress (what seems like decades ago) and they were nasty. Have not stepped in since.....but I'm sure the same people arent even there anymore.....
I know one of my friend's got her dress there in 2007. I think they are nice. Not overly nice, but accomodating. Worth a shot!
I went there to look and the people that worked there seemed like they could care less. I had my worst experiences there and at the smithaven mall macys.
