I've had some issues there in the past with bridesmaid dresses... and was just planning on not going there for my dresses...
but a friend of mine went there the other night to try on bridal gowns.. i didn't even say anything to her because my bad BM dress experience shouldn't effect her dress shopping....
She was sooo upset when she left there... she was trying on different dresses and once was done.. asked to use the bathroom in the back of the store... and one of the young salesgirls was in the back talking to someone else (the young girl had just been helping my friend) and she says 'You think you had a bad day???? I just spent the last hour trying to squeeze a HUUUUUUUUGE girl into these small strapless gowns... these brides gotta be kidding me'
My friend couldn't even go out and confront her because she was sooo upset.. ... i felt sooooooo bad for her.

omigod..thats horrible...what a bit#^%....u should call up and speak to a manager ....i hate ppl sometimes lol....tell ur friend that i have her back lol

OMIGOD!!!!! i'm soooo sorry your friend had to deal with that! that place sounds disgusting and i will tell anyone not to go there! what a horrible experience - i hope she's not still upset...

tha't horrible, I've been going there alot to look at my dresses and no one has ever been anything like that - I have only been dealing with the older women though. I saw some young girls there last night, but I haven't been helped by any of them. Robin was a real sweetheart and really helpful.

Thats is so mean! Sometimes people are just so rude, they dont realize in the bathroom you can hear everything!!!!

ya know that pisses me off.....if your job is in any sort of retail you need to learn how to deal with people.......is it our fault that they only order dresses in tiny size 6 or 8's? maybe the bridal salons need to be a little more accomodating in having sample dresses in other sizes.....so at least you can try something on in a size close to yours....i'm dreading it in a way.....i know the samples arent gonna zip up on me so dress shopping most likely will not be the princess experience i would like it to be! she should call and tell the manager how rude and inappropriate their sales people are, and that their rudeness was announced on LIW!!!!

wow. im really surprised at that..i ordered my dress from there and havent had a problem with them thus far...mary has been nothing but helpful, but then again shes a bit older..i guess its sad to say the younger generation doesnt know how to treat people...

The girl wasn't rude to her face!!! she said up until that point she was really happpppppy with her experience there... but they just lost a HUGE SALE because she was going to get her dress there and 10 BM's!!!!!!!!!! LIKE WHOA!
She said it was even worse to know that they are sweet to your face and then talk behind your back made her feel soo uncomfortable! and what makes me upset is that I don't think she is really a 'HEAVY HEAVY GIRL'
