I just read of a bride that just had a horrible experience at this bridal suite. In their defense, I too purchased my bridal gown (party gown) from them, picked it up last week, in fact...and I had honestly, a great experience, I had wonderful staff every time (went there a total of 4 times), & not one issue with anything.....take it for what its worth...

i got my dress there and i didn't have any problems. neither did my BM who got their dresses there too!
