ok so i finally picked my bridesmaids dress dessy #2731 - i posted a pic of it the other day. I found it online for $161 naturally i went to the BSOBS and asked if they could match it - they came back with NO they charge $239 but would give it to me for $204 - STILL $43 more - the shipping is free and the alterations we could go to a seamstress and pay less than the $70 cap that the suite is giving me. That $43 could be the shoes and/or the make up..... I emailed the suite back and asked if the 3 that already left a deposit could that just go towards my dress balance and well get the dresses online..... no response yet. what do you ladies think?

Re: bridal suite of bay shore question.....
I used them when I was a bridesmaid once and they are very expensive. And are not the easiest to deal with.

I personally do not recommend going there. I had a truly awful experience and will NOT go there at all.

I hate to say it, but I dont think they are going to refund/transfer the deposits your girls left...A coworker used them for her dress/viel/headpiece and when they showed her a headpiece she fell in love with it, turned out she was shown a broken headpiece and was only shown one part of the whole thing. She HATED the actual headpiece and she complained that she was shown broken materials and mislead as to what kind of headpiece it was, they said tough luck you bought it oh well...

Re: bridal suite of bay shore question.....
i bought my dress there and plan on getting my BM dresses there. most dress places are not going to match the price you see online. when purchasing online there are many iffy things.. 1. is the dress truly from that designer or a knock off? 2. the online sites do not guarantee the size..meaning you have to order the size you think you are and if its wrong then oh well. when you go to a bridal store they measure you and order your size based on actual measurments taken, not you guessing your size. and we all know the dress sizes dont match our street size.
i went to BSOBS with a price from two other bridals places and they allowed me to negotiate down the price. perhaps you should find it cheaper in another actual store and see what they can do for you then
