Hi, girls. Just curious- did any of you use this suite for your wedding dresses or BM dresses? What were your experiences if you did? Positive, I hope? Thanks!

I would like to make an appt. to go there. I have heard some mixed things. I did meet a lady that works there at work one day who was super sweet. So, maybe I'll just ask for her!

i didn't get my dress there but when i was in there 2 times trying dresses on.... they were soooooooooo nice and helpful they took their time with me

Thank you for your responses. I ordered my dress there in March, and my BMs were measured there early July for their dresses. (Which I also chose from there.) I've been online trying to find my dress, (Maggie Sottero) with no luck. I did a search on the Bridal Suite. There were 2 complaints listed about them, with rebuttals from the owner. Although I thought they were great when I was there, I got a little nervous by what I read. But, I guess not every single person that deals with a vendor/business is going to be completely satisfied. As I said, I thought they were great. Just thought I'd check in to see what you guys thought.

I got my veil there. The women who helped me was great. However, when it was time to pick up the veil there was some drama. The girl at the counter typed in the wrong date so my veil wound up in storage. I got it back but not before getting pretty stressed out. My advice would be to make sure you look at the information they put on the order form. I just looked at the part where it described the veil- not the name/address/date part. I was very happy with there work despite this, the veil was everything I had hoped for. It was complete on time also, just put in storage.
ETA: It seems alot of the problems with these places are customer service related. I had a problem with David's Bridal also, the sales person was great but the customer service was bad.
