any rants/raves??

I absolutely LOVED them...they were able to get my the dress I wanted....where no one else even offered.
Do a search...there are some negatives too, but I still stand by them. They were good to me.

RAVE, RAVE, RAVE... they are amazing there! That's where I purchased my dress. Also a few years back when their shop burned down they went above & beyond to get all of their brides their dresses in time (my friend being one of them)..

I adore them.. super helpful & truthful.. Love it there!

well sorry to say another ughhh for my sisters wedding 7/23/05. They were fine initially. helped my sis find a dress she adored....i had no problem with mine and neither did my mom. throughout the months my sis had a few problems with them regarding her headpiece and veil. She decided she didnt want the headpice and they refused to take it back or do antyhing. She didnt want her money back....just to get someting else. Anyway to make a very long story short they accomodated her in the end after she complaimed and my Mom had to go down there. OK fine could have let it go BUT when my Moms dress came in it was the wrong color! It was suppossed to be all black and it was black and pink. She had to wear it b/c it was too close to the wedding. Then when i was getting fitted for my dress i told them the bust area was not comfortable (too big and therefore funny looking) I continuosly asked them if they could do something put cups, take it in, use abra....something. Everytime it was the same. Eventually at the last fitting I had to throw a fit and they added straps....took it in.....and we got a corset bra thing. Finally it fit well. Then my sisters dress was fine when it came in. at the second fitting it wouldnt zipper was too short. It turns out they had hemmed it with the wrong slip thus making it too short. They also took it in too much and never put a hook and eye on the back of the dress. Needless to say the final fitting we were there over three hours having them fix all the things they never attended to. IMO the only to get what u r paying for and are entitled to is to throw a fit and stay on them. If there is a mistake or soemthing is worng the only way they will acknowledge it is if you bring it up. Otherwise they will sweep it under the rug. But in the end everyting and everyone was gorgeous............after many many many teasr! Sorry so long!

ughhh...my sister had a horrible experience there for her 7/9/05 wedding. we ordered our dresses in november and they didn't come in until june! we are pretty certain they didn't palce the order right away and it ended up being so stressful! one of my sisters was living in germany at the time and we were supposed to ship her her dress, but she actually had to get it done like 2 days before the wedding! not only that, but they kept giving my sister the run around- i actually had to go down there on day to get things straightened out. it was just a hassle!!

YES, Tricia ROCKED....it was really hard on me since I live in VA.

In the end ---everything with them looked beautiful but they caused me stress and worry and aggravation!
