My mom ordred her dresses for my brother's wedding and my wedding from them. She hasnt gone for alterations on the dress for my wedding but they were great to work with for my brother's wedding. My mom loved the way the dress came out!

i didn't personally get anything there but i do know 2 people that got their dresses and BM dresses there and were very happy with everything. my mom got her dress there, hasn't gone for alterations yet though.
I can tell you in the next couple of months because my 8 girls ordered from there and will be getting alterations done soon. But, if their alterations are anything like their customer service, you will be very happy!!!! They have been so accomodating to my group and I would recommend them to anyone.
My mom ordered her dress from them. She needed it 'super rush' which the woman she was dealing with said was 4 weeks. She ordered it on a Wednesday. They didn't put the order in until monday for some reason. Well, the orders get 'cut' on friday's for the week, so since they didn't put it in until Monday it delayed it a week AND the person she talked to said the 'super rush' is 5 weeks not 4, and because of the fact that they didn't put the order in right away that made another week delay, too. Also when we went to pick up my veil from Bridal Suite in Bay Shore, the same dress was $20 cheaper there. They were very nice when she was trying htings on and very helpful, but I was disappointed that they told her 4 weeks when it was 5 and didn't put the order in right away so that was another week delay - we only HAD 7 weeks when she ordered it so those 2 weeks make a BIG difference!
