Those of you who have had your alterations already, how did you like them and were you pleased with what they charged you. Did they hit the cap even if you had 1 stitch done?

I was happy with the alterations but yes they hit my cap for both fit and bustle and all they did was hem, add two strings and tighten the bust area just slightly. I think all places are like that though that's how they get you. I should have just had it done at my local cleaner would have been so less expensive.
I am in the middle of my alterations now and i can definitely say yes! I need very little done and they hit cap.
Yeah me too. We made a stink. Their taking top in 1 stitch and taking up hem and they hit cap. We were like WHAT????? My sister had her dress completely realtered at her place and it was cheaper then my alterations and bustle put together. If I really knew they would hit cap with 2 stitches, I would have brought it elsewhere. It better be perfect!!!
There cap wasn't terrible compared to other places $250 for the dress and either $125 or $150 for the bustle. There cs is great but the alterations are pricy like other bridal stores. If you have a seamstress from a cleaner or such that you trust I would have them do it. It would save you money.
