Okay...so MOH ordered her dress from Bridal Suite of Patchogue and so in the end we ordered the other BMs dress there as well. I've been calling to verify arrival and have been told end of June...so today I called and they confirmed that the dresses are shipped out on 06/25 and they take 5 days to arrive. Ugghhhh...I know I am stressing over nothing...all I need to know..honestly...has anyone dealt with this place before and how did things go?
We had some problems with them when we used them for my sister's wedding, but in the end everything turned out fine and all the girls dresses looked beautiful on them.
My friend get her dress you will be fine. Just watch we got our fitted and they came back even tigher.
I had the same exact problem with them. I would call and call and was always told the same thing. For a month straight I was told that it was in route. Finally I just went down there and kept going down there until I got a straight answer. My wedding was in April, I was told my dress would be in Jan didnt get it until March. I will say though that all my fittings were done ASAP, and my dress was ready 2 weeks before my wedding. My advice is to go down there if they give you the run around at the end of June and let it be know you want an answer. The lady never called me back either until after I went down finally.
i never had any trouble. I ordered my dress from them, they told me 6 months. It came in 6 months to the day. I don't know about alterations yet.

Yup, same problem w/ my BM and MOH dresses as well. Were supposed to ship end of March, well its beginning of June, and supposedly they just shipped last week.![]()
To be honest, Im not even sure I want to go there to get my alterations done or even my BM for that matter. Very unorganized place and its quite a schlep for me anyway.
Yup - I had problems with them getting my mom's dress in, it was a fiasco, but it worked out in the end.
We are having problems with BRidal SUite (bayshore though). Ordered BM dresses in Nov., they keep changing the ship date/when they'll arrive, currently it is june 13....insane for placing an order 7 months before the wedding. GOOD LUCK!

My best friend has ordered her dress from there and so far everything has gone great. I am sure everything will work out for you, but I can understand how its frustrating.
