Bridal Suite-Patchogue

I am also considering ordering my dress at Bridal Suite in Patchogue. My experience there so far has been very positive. The saleswoman was VERY helpful so I felt comfortable. Now...I'm scared after reading the post about a wedding dress coming in 5 months late. That is outrageous! Has anyone had any POSITIVE experiences there to set my mind at ease?

Hi Nan - I dealt with Lee (long blonde hair) for my bridal cap and have not had any problems so far.

Nan- I will be checking this post because I am in the SAME boat as you. I have spoken to the owner who says my dress is due in in March (getting married may4th but they think it is april) she reassured me all will be ok, but I know I will call again next month and the month after because i think this is cutting it too close! anyway I would love to hear some positive things about this place as I am trying to decide if I need to have my alteration done somewhere else!

Hi Ladies...
I had a wonderful FIRST experience there...so helpful and nice...but now I am freaking. One of my BM's got her gown there and had no problems at all. At this point I will just be the most annyoing person in the world until my dress is in!! They will hate me but I will get my dress if I have to start a picket line in front of the store!

I had a great experience with the Bridal Suite of
Patchogue. Everyone there is always so helpful.
I have also bought bridesmaids gowns from them and never had a problem.

you know girls, ive been thinking about this. and since the dresses are ordered we have no choice but to relax and trust it will all be done. when I spoke with the owner about the other girls dress being so messed up she said the manufacturer sent the wrong one (but then again, what else would she have said) anyway, they've been in business for a long long time, something like 40 years. cant be all that bad right? and for me, its kinda too late. Ive just gotta stay on top of it and trust that it will all be ok???? im wondering if i have convinced myself yet? LOL

I have to agree...I freaked out for the past 2 days and I am going to just try and chill out. They were wonderful when I was going there 100 times to finally make a decision and have always been helpful when I called to ask questions. So hopefully the manufacturer will get it right and I will have a dress in a few SHORT weeks.
