Bridal Suite RAVE!!!
I just have to rave about Bridal Suite of Bayshore - specifically Gina, and Cynthia is very nice too.
I had posted last week about how my dress came in, I went to try it on and decided it was not 'me' and was so upset. Well, I called them to find out my options and they told me to come back in. I did and Gina helped me and was so great!! She helped me try on a bunch of other gowns and we talked everything through and she was so understanding and sympathetic to my issue. In the end, I fell in love with my own gown all over again and am so happy to be keeping it!!
But I just had to mention Gina. The store had already made its sale (I signed a contract) but she still spent over an hour with me helping me like my dress. She really went above and beyond!!!!
