bridal track suit/rhinstone applications

Hey all! Few questions for you, as I'm planning to put my bridal track suit on my Christmas wishlist.

Where are you getting your day of bridal track suit from? What fabric?

If I buy a rhinstone application from etsy.com, does it only work on certain fabrics? Cotton? Terrycloth? velor?
