Did anyone purchase their dress from here? I was in there last weekend and absolutely LOVED the girl who helped me and am going to make an appointment to go back and (hopefully!) order the dress! Just wanted to see if anyone had any experience with them. Thanks!

I went and although I liked the sales woman, I did not like that there was no cap on alterations (I also did not find a dress I liked).
My advise, get cap or any alterations in writing before buying a dress.
i bought my dress from there. ihad no issues except i did not trust their alterations girl since she was sued and written in newsday. i took my dress to bridal suite o huntington they are amazing there. so if you love a dress from there get it but alter it elsewhere just dont tell them
I went there looking for BM dresses, as well as MOB dresses and although they had a few gems, I wasn't crazy about the selections on those. There was a girl trying on wedding dresses there tho, and those looked beautiful!
I agree with haw4, I had a bad experience with one of the sales people there. The other ladies seemed really nice - I think I just got stuck with a bad one. She didn't listen to what I wanted at all and just pulled things from the rack that weren't even close to what I asked for, rushed through my appointment and it felt really chaotic(I was only there for about 25 minutes!) I was so disappointed because I heard GREAT things about it from other people - so I think if you had a great sales person there then you should be good!
i went there reallyyyyy early on like right asfter i got engaged. the lady was AWFUL! she was so mean. i told her i was open to trying on different shapes. she kept showing me gowns and i would say i don't like it and shes like well you're really picky for someone who said they were open. uhhhhhh okkk
I bought my dress there and my alterations capped. However, I didn't need addt'l work done. My experience was fine. No issues.
I just bought my dress there this Sunday. It was a great experience. I mentioned the bridal show I saw them at and she gave me an additional 10 percent off which I was really happy about... My dress comes in, in June but now I'm scared about my alterations. How long ago did this happen?
