Bride Slippers
Or however you call them, can anybody suggest where to get it either store or online. I know I won't make the whole wedding with my shoes, my feet always give up on me, hehe.

Bride Slippers
I got a great pair at Blum's, on Main St. in Patchogue, they are white with pearls on the front and very cushiony. They have all sorts of bras/lingerie, and bathing suits (separates!) at this store too...good for honeymoon shopping if you're going to a warm area. It's not far from Patchogue Floral Fantasyland, if you're headed out that way.

Dearfoam - the slipper company - makes some in white and ivory in a few styles. I got mine at Lord & Taylor.

Bride Slippers- anyone wearing/bringing Keds?
I really want a pair of shoes to change into - just in case I need them. But I am worried about the length of my gown. I really dont want it to be dragging on the ground. Any suggestions?

I'm probably going to get Keds and bring them with me. I'll feel more comfortable in them instead of slippers. I wear sneakers a lot, so Keds would be more comfortable. I've heard of a lot of brides decorating them? I'm not sure with what or how, but they do.

Keds
I cannot wear shoes with heels. A week or so ago I was in K-Mart and bought a pair of keds with lace (I will probably dress it up a little more) but I figured I would wear that during the reception (minus the taking off the garter and a couple of other times) and I would buy a pair of shoes (flats, if I can find any) and wear those during the rest of the time. I am in a wedding 2 weeks after I get married so I will probably wear the same shoes and Keds for that wedding just get the shoes redyed.

Slippers..great idea
I got married on 8/5 and had to wear my shoes the whole reception or my dress would've been too long. They were sandals w/a heel and although they seemed comfortable, they were killing me by the end of my day. I suggest bringing something comfortable if you are worried that your shoes will hurt.

For the Big Foot Brides.Isotoners go up to a size 12.
Being a Big Footed Bride myself,I emailed Isotoner and asked about their slipper sizes. They go up to a 2 XL (up to a 12) for the satin ballet slippers. So now I can have comfy feet too.Welcome New Vendors
