Bridegview Brides

Any of you Bridgeview Brides deal with the baker yet? i am having some difficulties and am just curious what your experiences have been.

not yet, but in a review from 2010 someone posted he was a very weird dude

They are using a new vendor since then. i heard the same thing about the other guy. My friend got married last year at bridgeview and used the 'weird dude' ...the cake was delicious though..lol

Not sure how new, but they weren't their cake vendor in July of last year, which is when my friend got married.

They have been nothing but nice and accommodating on the phone. Our appointment is tomorrow night. I'll let you know how it goes!

I had my meeting tonight with Allison Shapiro, the owner of Sweet Peace. She is the nicest person ever! So down to earth and on the same wave length as me! It was so refreshing to have someone understand and love my ideas! Oh and Bridgeview has such a good cake package! I got a square fondant cake with polka dots in three different colors and there was no extra charge! LOVE IT!!! I cannot wait to see my cake!!!

I met Allison also about the cake and she is wonderful. Her cakes are to die for and she is very patient with you as well as gets you to think outside the box. It was a great experience, you guys will love it!!!
