Go to the left to the green bar under the Emote-Icons

Click on what you want to do (i.e. Insert Web Link - Insert Quote)

The pop up blocker may come on and Allow that to enable pop ups, then re-click on that 'Add Feature' specific link and a bar will appear on your upper left hand corner of your computer

If you want to post a web image: Go to the actual website with the image and right click on the image, then go to properties and copy that, then paste that into the bar that pops up in the upper left corner of your computer.

Hope that was descriptive enough! Someone had to explain that to me too.
