Brides Getting Married At there Reception hall.

What are you girls doing about limo ? Are you having a limo ? I want one but im quoted such expensive prices... IDK what to do at this point. I know it would mean alot to my BM's To have a limo pick us all up together.. and they all have dates that could take them home... is that weird?
I've even heard of companies picking up the groom and his party b4 hand.. and only needing one limo ??

I am in the same predicament too where my BM's can be taken home by the GM's. I got one limo for the minimum of 3 hours. It's going to take all the trips I need it to make from the hotel to maybe a photo location and then the hall.

I am getting one 14 passenger limo.

The girls are getting ready at my house in Huntington. The boys are getting ready at the Fox Hollow in Woodbury and we are getting married at the Hall in Woodbury.

The limo is going to pick the girls up at Huntington and bring us to the Hall. Then they are going to get the boys and bring them to the Hall.

Then the limo is going to leave.

There is a shuttle at the end of the night beinging people to the Fox Hollow which is where our hotel block. Any of the girls who are not staying at the hotel we will make sure we get their cars to Crest Hollow so that they can drive home.

I am using Camelot and he was great to work with.

I'm not bothering. I am getting ready at the hotel literally across the street and we are staying there again that night. The only time I would use it is to do a picture location and honestly, I am taking my parents minivan. My budget is already out of control, I don't need another expense.

I love this answer.

I'm not sure if we're doing a limo. I have to talk to my BM and see what time we should get there, and if i will get ready at the hotel or RH.

The only vehicle pics I REALLY want to do is a pic of FH and me in my convertible with my veil hanging out.

Haven't booked limos yet, but I have an idea of what I'd like to do.

I want a limo to take myself and my BMs to Crest Hollow and then take FH and the GMs. I assume we'll just hire the company for that part of it and then have a shuttle take everyone to the hotel later. Hopefully it'll be in the hotel package or else we'll just hire through the limo company.

If I can find one that will do it for like 700- 800 bucks .. then we will do it.. if not.. they will have to get over it...

My brother and SIL got married at the hall and they had 2 limos in the morning, one for girls and guys to just pick up and drop off at hall.
Then after the wedding they had one larger limo come and take us all back in one.

FH wants a limo for him, his guys, and his family. We are getting married at a place with a hotel for a reason... but his family wants to stay close to the house without the stress of driving. Umm... not my problem! I remember going to weddings where his family didn't help with transportation, so why should we?

Mind you... they did NOT get married at places that have hotels on premise. I just can't justify the cost at all..

I just started wedding planning and I do not think I am going to have limo. FH and I are paying for wedding ourselves and we are planning to get married at the RH. There isn't a need unless the RH is far from our home. My sister didn't have a limo when she got married and everything worked out fine. Stand your ground! Unless they want to help pay for the cost...

Did you think of pick up drop off limo companies? I am getting 2 10 passanger limos for under 400 to pick us up at two different locations and drop us off at RH.
