Brides getting married in the next few months... what hit songs are you going to play at the wedding?
Are you going to play any 'now' songs? We want to play some at the end of the night like Shakira - Hips Don't Lie... any other good ones out?

Def. playing that Shakira song and LOTS of Sean Paul. Love him! I am playing some 'old school' reggae too...gotta have that! I want some hip hop like Kanye West 'Golddigger' Very appropriate! Lol. Some Cascada...we are going to have alot of people in their 20's so we must keep them dancin!

I don't think we are going to specifically request anything. Whatever they play is fine with me. We prefer 'classics' anyway, we don't wantthem to play to much top 40 stuff.

For anything he doesn't have, he said we could make him a CD!
I love the Black Eyed Peas and my 14 year old niece things they should play 'My Humps' but I just can't do it! lol
She likes that Shakira song too, she had us in tears the other day, doing a parody of her. Too funny. I think we're going to need to get that one played.
A different bunch of 'hit' songs for slower dances or to get the older people out of their seats would be from Michael Buble. Love that guy. Our last song of the night will be his 'Save the last dance for me'.

this was one of the first songs our dj played and it got a lot of people out on the dance floor!

my dj played a big mix...I LUV Shakira (all of her stuff, have been a fan for years) La Tortura and Hips Don't Lie got a great response. Black Eyed Peas is also good. we didn't want to go TOO hard core. LOL

I had that exact same idea to play the buble song at the end. I love that song to!
