It's been a long time since I went lookin for a wedding gown. Okay, it's been like a year and half :) I only went once, tried on 10 dresses picked mine and that was it.
My SIL is getting married next March and we are going dress shopping. I have totally forgot which places are good and which one are not so hot.
Besides, Bridal Reflections and Renate's, WHERE are good places to go on LI?

Re: B2B Help!
Macy's in Manhassat has a good selection. You'd probably be able to find it cheaper some where else but it's a good place to knock out 10 or 15 try on's.

Re: B2B Help!
Fantasia Bridal is terrific! Everyone their is so nice and let you try on as many dresses as you would like. Plus you do not need an appointment.
I did not like Macy's bridal in Smithhaven mall. They were really nasty and pushy!!!

Re: B2B Help!
I love RK Bridal, but they are located in Manhattan, on 38th or 39th, off 8th avenue. I don't know how convenient they would be for you guys, but they have a huge selection, and a wide range of prices.

Re: B2B Help!
I had a really good experience at Bridal Suite in Huntington.
I did not like Wedding Center in Commack the lady that helped me was very nasty...only let me try on 3 dresses.
We used Fantasia Bridal for my cousins wedding this past july..and they completely messed up two of the bridesmaid gowns and the mother of the grooms gown.

Re: Brides I need your Help!
I went to Macy's in Manhasset (not much help), Bridal Reflections in Massapequa (most dresses in the store were out of my budget because they tend to be overpriced there so not much selection) Kay-Anne's in Franklin Square (very helpful and attentive) and Lillette's (by far the best experience and I found my dress there). I did wind up ordering the dress from Burton's for about 2/3 the price.
