My husband's (hee hee can't believe I get to say that) band has two gigs tonight...one is a really fun family friendly outdoor gig in Herndon Town Green, early like 7pm (and I am bringing wed pictures to show some friends ) with a gig at NEd Devine's to follow....would love to someday meet some of you!!! Sorry for the shameless plug!
I wish I could go - but I'm still in NY! Are they playing claredon again any time soon?

Not until the day before your wedding but they play at the Clarendon Grill and Ballroom once a month so you'll catch them another time...80s night in September!

I'll try to get up there when they play on a weekend - i'm actually about an hour and a half out of arlington - but my dad lives in fairfax, and a bunch of my friends live in the area (including one that lives right in clarendon).

Crap! DH and I live right by Herndon but we already have plans tonight. Maybe you can FM us Virginia brides and give us a heads-up about his next gig. I don't come over to the BHB boards much anymore either......

Ah Clarendon (just moved out of my apt there to DH's house in Falls Church)....
