Brides living in MA

Hi all brides living in MA,
I thought that you should know that there area few us that are living in MA and getting married on LI. A few of us have already spokena bout some things. Karen- We just cam nback from pre-cana, not that bad. better than I had thought. we had Fr. Bob.
anyway, it would be great to help each other out since we are all so far away. any ideas???

what town are u getting married in and how about your reception? any musicians you know for the ceremony. did u get your dress yet???

If your veil is going to be attached to your head with a comb and/or many bobbypins, I suggest you have the hairdresser do it. You can just put it over your arm until you are ready.

I went to Michele Roths in NYC. They have been juse great. If I might suggest a bridal and bridesmaid store here in MA it is Occasions Bridal in Natck, MA. They have great bridesmaid dresses, thats where I ordered mine and they also have wedding gowns which I didnt look at but the people are so nice there. I am getting married in Babylon and my reception is in bayshore.

Wow, I can't believe that there's such a price difference. I use to go shopping at the outlets in NJ all the time before we had them on Long Island.

I'm kinda bored right now since I have no planning to do, so I'm creating a wedding webpage on Homestead.com(along the lines of what Laura did). I was hoping that house hunting would take up some of my down time--figures I would find something right away. I guess I'll add to my registry now that we have a place to live and I can figure out color schemes.(my MOH tells me everyday that I have to add more things to it.)
