brides maid dresses

In the next two weeks i really want to get the dresses for my girls. Any suggestions where to go?? I like the simple yet elegant look.

THE PEOPLE AT BRIDAL SUITE IN CENTEREACH ARE REALLY NICE AND HELPFUL,CHECK THEM OUT. I ORDERED MY DRESS THERE AND HAVE TO GO BACK FOR BRIDESMAIDS

Valentina's in Bklyn is wonderful. Each BM gets 10% off the ticket price of the dress and free alternations.

i found a website for discount dresses (www.gownsales.com) which may be helpful....i went with my girls to macy's bridal in lake grove and we found a dress that we loved, and then i went on the website and found it for so much cheaper.

if you live in NY gownsales.com really isn't a deal since you end up paying tax...where netbride.com is no tax.. jus thought I would add the tidbit..

You guys can try The Wedding Center in Commack. They have a huge selection of BM dresses and they supposedly beat any price.

I found bridal reflections in Carle Place to have a great selection - Its where we ended up getting mine :)

We went to Macy's Manhasset - they had a lot there too - it was great to get ideas from, if nothing else.

I live in Hauppauge and i think the girls would be ok going to places on LI. When i was shopping for my dress i went to the wedding center in COmmack since i grew up there and always wondered what it was like to go there. I went to Macy's in Lake Grove too---didn't like it at all
i finally got MY dress in bridal reflections in massapequa, which i lived but i don't want to have the girls spend too much on a dress.

you could try burtons in huntington. they carry a lot of different designers and on the dress that i quated there they were about 60 dollars cheaper than the bridal suite of huntington, and less than bridal reflections too. i got a great quote from netbride on the dress that i like, but i haven't checked burtons yet.

Adrennes (sp) in Islip very helpful. Also Centereach Bridal,Paradise bridal, Macys, and you could try Helens I'm no too sure on the selection

haven't done bm dresses yet, but i bought my dress at paradise bridal in patchogue and found donna to be extremely helpful! (i did notice that they have a huge selection of bm dresses.)

I ordered mine at bridal relfection in massapequa.
Looked at:
Renatas in lindenhurst
Bridal paradise, patchogue (They were of NO HELP THERE!!!)
Bridal Suite in bayshore - good selection
Bridal suite, Centerreach - good selection
wedding center, commack - great selection

I looked in Bridal Reflections, Flowerama and Carmela's on Jericho Turnpike. I am purchasing my wedding dress from Burton's Bridal and my 8 bridesmaids and 1 junior bridesmaids will be purchasing their dresses from there as well. KELLY
