Brides that did DIY Water Bottles

I'm making the water bottle labels myself and the water bottles will be set up on a table in the lobby as guests are leaving the reception.

Did you do one water bottle per guest? Also, did you just put all the bottles in boxes when you brought them to the hall - just to transport? I feel like the hall is going to kill me when they see me coming w/all the boxes!!!

We're having approx. 325 guests so that's a lot of water bottles!!!

We're expecting a lot less guests than you (about 125 total) so I'm going to do 100 bottles (I like round numbers, lol). That said, I think I'll have extras. With water costing what it does (not much, lol) I don't mind.

I'll drop them off in boxes to the RH at our final meeting, but I'll ask them to arrange them on a table for guests to take as they leave. (Not in boxes)

I'll probably put a note in a frame that says 'Compliments of the Bride and Groom' and have them place that on the table too.

Since I am getting married in August & the ceremony will be outside,my water bottles will be out beore the ceremony.... My dad wanted the guest to be able to have some water since it will be so hot out. My hall is going to keep them cold so the guest will have some nice refreshing water along with some fresh fruit and maybe cookies after the long drive to the hall. We decided on the waer because we do ot wanth guest drinking before the ceremony....

Since more people will be at the reception than the ceremny i will be making about 150 water bottles (inviting 280, expecting about 250 at thereception). The hall is going to put them out in pretty bins with ice, so they stay cold.
