Brides who are registered at Crate & Barrel

I'm sure most of you are probably aware of this, but I had no idea and I'm actually a little annoyed by this: I took a look at my registry yesterday and noticed that another one of my items (this is the 2nd time this has happened to me) has limited quanity left. So I went to crate & barrel and unfortunately they had none of the item left and I asked them does this happen often to their merchandise because this is the 3rd item on my registry that is being discontinued and the saleswoman told me that it does happen often at their store because they like to be different than their competitors and once their competitors start getting similiar items as C&B then they start to discontinue their items. So to make a long story short, make sure you check your registry to see if anything is being discontinued. Fortunately, I went home and ordered the item online, but I am not going to do this anymore because it will probably get to the point that I buy everything on my damn registry.

I did not register yet, but this is good to know since C&B was one place I had in mind.

I did register there and thats one of the reasons I did.. was because they have unique stuff... I knew things would end up getting discontinued, but this is going to happen anywhere you register really... It *****, I'm gunna have to re-register a few weeks before the shower!!!!!!!!!!

I registered here, but they have so much seasonal stuff...like all of their serving dishes, towels, and cooking pottery...most of the items on my registry are currently unavailable, I'm sure...I'll update it a little closer to my wedding date around the time I think I'll have my shower. I should also say that this is not the only place I registered....You might want to look into making C&B one of a few places where you register.

I noticed that --- and it's disappoing Some of the items that are 'limited quantity' or 'backorder' are seasonal items and I can foresee why it would be gone... But, I have a non-seasonal item that are backordered
