Brides who had Flowergirls...

Did u get a dress that matched yours or did you just order one you liked?
Also, if you wore ivory did you get your FG a white or ivory dress?
Anyone have pics of themselves with their FG's on the big day??? Please post them!
TIA!!

I dont have pictures yet because my wedding hasn't happened.

I am in white and my flower girl dresses do not match at all, theirs are cream and lacy. But I fell in love with them and the price was right.

Basically you can do whatever you want

My FG wore a pink dress... I think the only pic I have on here with her is B&W..

Here's the whole bridal party, maybe that will help you?

I am having a flowergirl and I will be wearing an ivory & champagne colored dress. I am going to have my flowergirl wear an ivory dress and I am hoping I can put a sash on it to match my bridesmaids copper colored dresses.

My flowergirl dress is white but does not match my gown.

Both of our dresses were Ivory and we tried to get her dress to somewhat go with mine. I wouldn't give it a lot of thought though - you will hardly be standing next to her for long.

I didn't want the whole 'mini-bride' look for my FG so I bought her a cute dress that I liked to go with my BMs.

I have an ivory dress, so I'm going to try to get them ivory dresses as well (I have 2), but my first concern is that it's cute and they like it - so if we end up with white so be it. I did get sashes to match the BMs, but I don't know if they're going to get used.

I agree there are no set rules on color coordination. If you see something you love even if it doesnt match your dress go for it.

We both wore Ivory. Her dress also had some green to match the BM dresses.

Both dresses will be white, but other than that I don't really know how similar they will be... I haven't decided on a gown yet, but the flower girls will be wearing this dress:
