My reception hall is making me use them, however I have heard that they tend to be very pricey and in some cases, rude. Just curious what your experience was with them, who helped you, maybe some pictures of your flowers??

I didnt use Stefan's but I did see them. Their flowers were incredible and thir ideas were amazing. We chose the recommended florist for the Temple where the wedding will take place basically because they have a good relationship with the caterer. They were our second choice and it had nothing to do with price for us. Yes, they are pricey but their quality is unreal. They raise their own flowere on farms in South America. They did every other function in my family. If you DO go with them, I suggest NOT to work with the owner Chris, but rather one of the OTHER sales people. He has a tendency to be hot under the collar and thus they end up losing business to Spitz and Peck which is directly across the street.

JozieB0925 used Stefan's. Her flowers were BEAUTIFUL - the quality was amazing - they were very big and fresh. However, she said the planning was a little rocky with them (they didn't understand her 'vision' and the color of the groomsmen boutenniere's were wrong on the day of (and they had to be spraypainted the correct color).

I am using Spitz and Peck for my wedding on Dec 3rd. I have to say they have been amazing to work with and they have great ideas. The samples that they made up for me we awesome....

I used stephan's and they were phenomenal. I had to choose between Stephans and Spitz and Peck. Stephan's was 5,000 and Spitz and Peck was 8,500 for my same vision.
