Brides with a thick e-ring band. What are you doing for a wedding ring?

I LOVE my . However, the band is thick. I can't find a wedding band that I love. I would really like diamonds in it.

My has a radiant brilliant cut diamond (similar to princess) prong set on a thick platimum band. I don't have any pictures of it.

I had my wedding ring made to match. Nothing else was working! But I LOVE my set!

I am going to wear my ering on my right hand, and get a channel set princess cut band for my left. i have tried sooo many on and i dont like any of them w/ my ering!!

That's exactly what I've been experiencing when I've tried on bands! I am just hoping to find something. I'm afraid that if I do that, I'll never wear the other beautiful rings I've acquired.

I have a very thick band on my ering. it is also very high and the sides are not flush. I am going to have to get one made to line up and match the thickness/height.

I'm getting mine custom made at Elsa's in Melville. I was just there last weekend to start the process. They were so great. They make a wax casting of the ring first so you can see if you like it or not. When I was there a lady was there and she sent the ring back almost 10 times for changes! I was happy after only one small change. My ring is platinum with round diamond in the center and baugette's on the side (2 on each side next to one another, tapered up on an angle).
They will make an exact match, with 2 more tapered baguettes replacing the diamond in the middle.

i didn't like the matching band either because it was way too thick! the saleswoman at the store worked with me and i actually bought one that thinner with pave (sp?) diamonds half way around. i love my setting so the band was thin enough so that i could still see it. i was suprised but it complemented my e-ring very well. definatley not what i thought i would have picked.

I have the Tiffany's Lucida e-ring, princess cut..It is thick to me, even more so because it is a solitaire so you see more metal. Since the matching wedding band was VERY pricy. I just got a chanel, princess cut diamond wedding band. It goes great.

I had my jeweler make two thinner bands to match with my e-ring, so I can wear one on each side or alone. It wasnt that expensive to make and it was exactly what I wanted.
