How are you including them in your ceremony/wedding? Our daughter will be 16 months. We want her to walk down the aisle (with help from my mom). How can we make it special for her too? If anyone can give suggestions I would appreciate it!

My FH has a daughter from his previous marriage, tho I don't have any. She's going to walk him down the aisle and be a jrBM. After I say my vows to FH I plan on turning to her and vowing to be good to her and all that jazz. I really want her to feel that she's a part of it, and to know that I'm not trying to steal her dad. She's already great with this but I think it would be nice to make her feel special.

for the dance i like 'I knew i loved you before i met you' I think its by savage garden did u ever hear it? omg so fitting makes me want to cry...my god what happens when you have kids we become emotional messes!!!----but i also LOVE 'my girl' by the temptations

i was 6 and my step-brother was 8 when our parents got married. I was the flower girl and my step-brother was the ring barer.
I think i thought I was the most important part of the wedding tho.

He wasnt really our 'rb' b/c he didnt have pillow to carry or anything like that. He walked down the aisle with my mom in the same tux as DH ( but a mini version obviously!) and at the reception walked in with the MOH, Bestman, and flowergirl
We also instead of a 'spotlight'dance after the cake cutting had a family dance where we all danced together.

My son is walking me down the aisle with my dad. He is 3 1/2. We are also having a borthday cake for him because his 4th birthday is a few days later!
