NO KIDS ON OUR HONEYMOON !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!We have 4 kids (from previous marriages) and there is no way in hell that we are taking them with us !!!!!!!!!!!!!! They will be staying with family while we go away by ourselves and enjoy our honeymoon !!!!!!! We deserve it !!!!!!!!!! You should think twice about taking kids !!!!!!!!!!!!!! I need to send my kids over to your house for a few days... they range in age from 8 to 13 !!!!!! 3 boys and 1 girl !!!!! I love them... but for a honeymoon... that is our time away alone !!!!!!!! Don't feel bad !!!!!!!!!!!! No one will forget you !!!!!!!!!!
We are taking our daughter Cynthia with us... We are doing a 3 day on land 4 day on sea Disney cruise Disney world thing.. so we will be running around the parks for 3 days like wild people lol but then on the cruise they have the oceaneers club where Cynthia can go and hang out with characters have playtime go to the pool and do all kinds of activities. They give you like a pager if she wants to be picked up, but one of my friends took his daughter on the cruise and said that he couldn't get her to leave the kids club b/c she was having so much fun.. lol so I thought this was a happy medium.. Some familymoon and some honeymoon! Sorry this is so long but hth... lol

No kids I agree. I have a 5 year old and this is the first time we are leaving him for more than 2 days and the first time we are going on vacation alone. I dont want to leave him but 1st time for everything and when are you going to have an excuse to go to a romantic place again.

I feel bad leaving them.. I left my oldest daughter for a week when me and Fh went on vacation and I was so upset she wasn't with us.. LMAO
I couldn't imagine now with my toddler too.. i feel like she'll forget me.. i swear I'm psycho![]()
We have a 11 y/o boy and a 10 y/o girl. FH refuses to take the kids, I however suggested to have a familymoon to disney b/c we have no family close by to stay with them. So its either take them or no honeymoon. We plan on going to Italy next feb.cause grandma will be able to stay with them during winter break. IF I had the choice, I would leave them with a family member b/c your kids will always remember you. And once you have kids your whole life revolves around them. You forget about yourself so take advantage and go on a guilt-free honeymoon. You have them till they're atleast 18y/o...one week won't hurt
i feel so bad for leaving my DS and i think i can only make 5 days top so we were thinking of going away for 4 nights we'll see...i dont want to leave him but we so need a vacation together
We are going on a HM but instead of 2 wks as originally planned we're going for 1. Our daughter will be 18mths old and I didn't want to leave her either so we decided on 1 wk and going to Cancun which is not across the world. I think she'll be okay. She'll be with my parents and they are always around so I think it's good to go away just the two of us but I totally get how you feel.
