usually the bridesmaids buy their own dresses, unless the bride is feeling particularly rich and generous.
But it is expected that the bridesmaids buy their dresses.

Usually the bridesmaids take care of that themselves. I however am paying for my MOH's dress, as part of her gift.

The bridesmaid, not the bride. The bride typically buys the jewelry to match as a gift to give at the rehearsal dinner.

the bridesmaids, unless the dress is so expensive that you feel bad asking them to pay for all of it. But, even then you don't have to pay for all of it, unless you want to as their gift
