bridesmaid brunch/lunch

I am having my girls over on 5/21 for a little bridesmaid brunch/help my stuff envelopes party.

What should I make? So far I have:

Mimosas

Hummus with pita or pita chips; veggie and/or fruit platters; olives; cheese plate; charcuterie plate - different types of meat like proscuitto, salami, whatever you like; you can make or buy quiche; slices of tomato and mozzarella, drizzled with olive oil.

For dessert, it would be really fun to do minis, like mini cupcakes, whoopie pies, cakepops, brownies, etc.

Can you tell I like to eat.

Ok, I got carried away. I thought you were talking about hosting a lunch for your bridesmaids. My bad. I missed the stuffing envelopes part.

I agree with one of the previous posters. Go to a bagel shop and get assorted bagels, butter, cream chesses, and if you really want, maybe some bakery items, like muffins.

That sounds like the perfect menu to me!

When I have brunch, I usually serve:
Greek yogurt with honey and berries
Quiche
Salad
Bread
Waffles with berries, butter and whipped cream
Sometimes deviled eggs
Sometimes a baked good like crumb cake
