I think the color is great for July- I also think you should go with the color that makes you the happiest! It's your wedding!

We wore navy for a 9/1/03 wedding, and he charts said navy was a summer color!

I had a color similar to that and my wedding was 11/1. You use any color that you want. My friend used red for her August wedding last year. Its your wedding, do what will make you happy!!
