I'm getting married at the Estate at East Wind in June. I'm trying to choose between a wine, light green (celedon/sage), or mauve color for my bridesmaids. Which do you think I should choose?
Here's a pic of my reception hall. The walls are very green. I was gonna do celedon and pink cause I love the way that looks, but I thought it might be too much with all that green going on at the reception.
Jaime (MayBride06) had her reception in that room. Her BM dresses were wine and then she used that color, pink, and light green/sage colors in her flowers. I attended her wedding and everything was beautiful!!!!!

I would think wine or the celadon. I'm personally not a fan of mauve dresses. I don't think the green would make it too much green because it's such a light color for the dresses and the wine would match nicely. Sorry that I can't have a definitive answer!

I voted for the greens but I dont think the color of your room shoul dmatter, it should be what goes withthe season and what you want

I think the wine color would go nicely. It's great that you're taking into consideration the colors of your hall.

Greens-I think that would look best for that time of year and for the room.

Agreed. Besides, how many pictures are you going to have taken against the backdrop of the room? The majority will probably be outside, so go with what you like.
