bridesmaid day

I'd like to host a special Bridesmaid Day the week before my July 10th wedding. I was thinking about doing a day at the beach, out east, and treat everyone to a spa treatment and to lunch. Im looking into Gurneys in Montauk. Any other ideas for places? Thanks!

I don't have any ideas for places. I just wanted to say that I think it is a great idea. I plan on doing something similar for my bachelorette party!

That's exactly what I'm doing! I'm having my wedding in Southampton, so the day before, on Saturday, I'm taking the girls to Gurney's... about a month before I'm going to give each of them a gift certificate, tell them to make an appointment for whatever they want for the day before the wedding, and we'll all go out together, get our stuff done, and get some lunch... Gurney's has a bridal package, but it's really expensive (you can check it out on the website) - I figure I'll give them each a certificate and they can choose what they want to get for themselves...
