So I invited my five VERY skinny bridesmaids over to my house for cocktails and h'or d'ouvres. I thought it would be a good time to give out gifts. Only problem is I have NO idea what to serve- hummus and pita and carrots with sushi is the only thing I can think of so far. ANy other creative suggestions?? I can order in - don't even know what type of place to order in FROM! Thanks again!!!!

Re: Bridesmaid Dinner - Help!
cheese and crackers is always nice to put out for guests. how about a fruit platter as well?
Personally, I would probably grill a steak or order in from my fav. Italian restauant.
It just depends on what they like.

I would probably get a few different entrees and appetizers.

Re: Bridesmaid Dinner - Help!
How's this:
from whole foods, I can order three different types of salads for $40, and a Sushi platter for $33.
I'll also get carrots and hummos for those healthy girls!
This will be the third dinner I'm hosting for my bridesmaids so trying to keep the price down.....ahh!!

Maybe make a buffet type thing with different salads, cheeses, fruits, veggies, dips.... Perhaps order out to a nice restaurant with some different dishes that you know everyone would like... Common stuff like some chicken, pasta... then everyone can just take a little of what they like.
