A friend of mine in the BP couldn't make it to my engagement party last summer because her sister accidentally made her baby shower the same day (totally not her fault). But now it seems that she made her daughter's baptism on the same day as my shower, and she has known the date since March. I really feel hurt because I wanted everyone in the bridal party to be there... should I say something??

Re: Bridesmaid drama
Is it her daughter's baptism or her sister's?

Re: Bridesmaid drama
thats weird that she made her daughters baptism on the same day as your shower after she knew that your shower was that day. Wouldn't she want you to be at the baptism. I would say something, like 'Why the hell would you do that?!!!' Sorry you have to deal with that.

Ooooh, ok! Hmmm... If it were me, I'd totally say something... especially since she's known about your shower for a while! I wouldn't say it in an attacking way, but I'd ask her why she'd plan it on the same day after knowing when your shower would be. Just explain to her that you really wanted her to be there for you!! So sorry!

I would say something...the first time it wasn't her fault, but now she plans something the same day?
