Bridesmaid Dress

I was thinking of having this as my bridesmaid dresses. The wedding is a Friday evening in April. What does everyone think? And have any of you gone with Jessica Mcclintock? Where did you end up getting the dresses?

Re: Bridesmaid Dress

Now that I figured out how to create a link to the dress, how would I go about putting just the picture on the post? I tried using the insert web image link but I couldn't figure out what the picture url would be. Is it just the website address? Kind of confused.

Re: Bridesmaid Dress

I like it alot! I love the two color contrast . I do have to warn you - I originally wanted a two-tone BM dress. However, if you pick one with white in it, you will limit your own dress to being white, as opposed to ivory.

I believe there is a Jessica McClintock store in the Roosevelt Field Mall - not sure if they carry her BM dresses there.

Good Luck!!

Re: Bridesmaid Dress

I think that that dress is GORGEOUS!!! So pretty! and perfect to match your date and time. I was going to go with McClintock- I had seen her dresses in the Palisade Mall in New City in the store. Haven't ruled it out yet- but is that her bm collection. that is from a different collection, right? Also, is it more expensive than a traditional bm dress?

Re: Bridesmaid Dress

Latina511- Thanks for the help with posting the picture. I think I will try to edit it and put the picture in.

Karen32- I didn't think about having to have pure white for my dress if I picked that BM dress. Thanks for bringing it up, maybe I will wait until I get my own dress to make a decision on this one.

Sept20yay!- This dress is from the bridesmaid collection. I'm not sure of the price yet because I haven't looked into it. I would love to see the dress you are considering!

Thanks for the compliments girls! I fell in love with this dress the minute I saw it. Now let's just hope that the bridesmaids like it!

Re: Bridesmaid Dress

Jenn-

I fell in love with an Alfred Angelo two-tone for my girls. Of course, my own dress turned out to be ivory. You can't really tell until you hold it up to something pure white - and then the difference is obvious. Next to the girls' white - my ivory gown looked dirty.

Good Luck!!!!

Re: Bridesmaid Dress

The dress is pretty. BUT will it be flattering on your BMs- that is the most important question,

I really like the dress, the contrast between the black and white make it look stunning.
