Bridesmaid dress

Hi has anyone had to pay full upfront for the bridesmaid dresses?

I got my dress there, hasnt come in yet I didnt pay in full upfront for my dress but she wants her paid in full for the girls.

My girls paid for the dresses in full at the time they were ordered.

We had to pay half... and I had to pay half for the two I had to buy for other weddings I am in.
