I posted something similar a while ago but I'd like to start looking for bridesmaid dresses but I'm still kind of torn between Tiffany Blue or Black dresses. If I get black dresses then I want sashes to incorporate the Tiffany Blue color. These aren't exact dresses that I like but they are a rough example.
I chose numero uno. I like the black with the colored sash, but I'm not loving the color of the sash being aqua... I like number 1 the best.
Honesty is what I'm looking for, thanks Kim!
I guess I'm probably just going to have to bring 2 girls with me then they'll both try on black and then both try the TB. In person hopefully will be a lot easier to make a decision, cartoons might not be the best models lol!
depending on how many bm's you have...the blue is a nice color but when theres too many girls with a bright color it can become overwhelming...The black is a beautiful dress, but i wouldnt do it with blue bc blue and black dont always go together, its a light blue so its not bad for that reason

I agree, I am having 9 girls which is why I am going for a softer color otherwise it might be too much!

That's kind of what of was thinking with the blue because I have not a huge but a decent size BP and the girls who would be in blue would be 1 MOH, 5 BM's & 1 Jr. BM
I'm choosing #1. I like the idea of black bridesmaid dresses, don't get me wrong, but dress #2 in black just looks too... I think 'heavy' is the word I'm looking for. Not 'celebration' enough. Even with the colored sash. So if you're set on doing black, I'd pick #3.
Overall, though, I think the blue color is great and like the look of the first one best. It's what I would chose.

Yea I think it might be a little too much with 7 girls. That's why I was thinking the sash in that color would be nice. If you like blue you can always do a two toned blue color and make the sash the brighter blue?
i voted the tiffany blue color. I am a fan of black dresses but I liked the blue for some reason.
I vote against option 2 b/c I feel like those pickups are just a fad and you'll look back on them with a 'what was I thinking?' bit... kind of like poofy sleeves in the early 90s, late 80s.
So if I were to vote black, I'd vote #3...
hmmm thats what fh keeps telling me about the pick up dresses, thats why im contemplating whether i should do it or not

I hope that I don't look back at my dress and feel that way, I never really thought of that
