Bridesmaid Dress HELP!!

Ok so I am looking for a dress for my girls and came upon this dress please tell me your honest opinion.

I was only kidding! I saw this on TMZ and had to post it. It was I guess on a runway for a bride!vLook at the veil.

what the heck is that!?!?!? there is no possible occasion where i could say 'well it could be used then' what was that designer thinking! is there a doctor suess movie coming out that they made it for the opening night!?!??! that made my day
