Bridesmaid dress- Opinions

I actually tried on a dress similar to this. It has pockets and is so comfortable!
Do you think it would make heavy set girls look bigger?

yeah sure if they are holding it out like the model in that picture is LOL

I think it's a beautiful dress and you're girls will look great in it.

I'll be getting it in a dark red. The purple is nice, but it looks even better in the dark red!!!

i actually went to davids bridal on sunday and saw a bridal party in this dress

The bridal party had girls from a size 6 all the way to prob a 20 and it looked good on all of them. I had my sister try it on (size 16) and it looks great on her too. It seems the dress you like is very similar so I think its an excellent choice

It's so funny you mentioned that because I actually tried that exact dress on a few weeks ago at david's bridal. I really liked it a lot!! If I recall, it wasnt too expensive either!

Strapless dresses can be difficult. I'm a size 22 and was just in a wedding a few weeks ago. Needless to say it looked like my boobs ate the sash. Personally I wouldn't recommend strapless dresses for bigger girls.

id say have the girl try it on...attached is a picture of my sister. the dress is a size 16 and my sister has size 40DD boobs. she is NOT wearing a bra in the pic and the dress was a little big on top (which is why shes kinda falling out of it). once it was clipped it looked better (of course i didnt take a pic). but imho I wouldnt rule it out. I wish i took a pic of the other girls who tried on the dress bc it looked great.
